Force Majeure

Millennium Ratanindo Perkasa shall be excused from performance under the Terms of Service, to the extent it is prevented from or delayed from performing, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from (1) weather conditions or other elements of nature or acts of God, (2) acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders or rebellion, (3) quarantines or embargoes, (4) labor strikes, (5) , changes in the applicable laws and regulations or specified policy by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, or (6) other causes that are beyond the reasonable control of Millennium Ratanindo Perkasa. In the event that Millennium Ratanindo Perkasa is temporarily unable to ship in time because of such an event, the issue will be discussed with the buyer to resolve it

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If you choose to access this Site from outside of Indonesia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be inconsistent and contrary to such laws, such provision shall be therefore null and void or unenforceable, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Any disputes or discrepancies which arise in relation to the use of this Site shall be settled amicably.
